As the Recruitment & Retention Coordinator for Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc., Gamma Chapter, I led the creation and management of all digital visuals to enhance the chapter’s brand and outreach efforts.My responsibilities included running the chapter’s Instagram and Tiktok accounts, where I designed custom graphics, curated content, and maintained a cohesive visual identity aligned with the national organization. I developed engaging posts and promotional materials for recruitment, community events, and awareness campaigns, helping to drive visibility and interest in the chapter. I also managed the chapter’s website which involved updating layouts, refreshing design elements, and ensuring information was current and accessible. My design work extended to creating presentation slideshows for recruitment events, showcasing chapter history, values, and initiatives in a polished and professional format. Each slideshow was tailored to the audience, blending strong branding with clear, compelling visuals.This role allowed me to blend strategy and creativity, thus elevating the chapter’s presence while refining my skills in digital design, visual storytelling, and brand consistency.
